The Détection Centre association brings together recreational metal detecting enthusiasts in the Centre-Val de Loire region, covering all departments, while also welcoming enthusiasts from elsewhere for the past 10 years.
Our goal is to share moments, ideas, to organize events, rallies, trips abroad in complete peace of mind, and to help in the search for lost objects or family property.
Together, we share a common passion for recreational, responsible and friendly metal detecting.

To celebrate this decade, we are preparing a unique experience for you: the opportunity to enjoy metal detecting outings in complete serenity, in several countries.
Whether you are alone, in a small group or with your family, you will be welcomed by a local association or club.
What enthusiast hasn't dreamed of slipping their metal detector into their suitcase for the holidays?
👉 Our first partnership will offer a few lucky people the opportunity to go to Morocco, where you will be received by passionate members of the largest Moroccan association, AMARE.
A stay in the heart of magnificent landscapes, on a land with legendary hospitality.

We are proud to announce our partnership with Morocco's largest association, the Moroccan Association of Amateur Research and Exploration Enthusiasts (AMARE) . We share the same passion. This collaboration allows us to exchange techniques, equipment, and ideas, and will enable some members to enjoy safe and secure outings in Morocco's magnificent landscapes.

We are also in discussions with other associations and clubs in 6 countries to offer you new partnerships and therefore other outings, just as exotic: England, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Albania...
We are looking for new associations and clubs.
If any foreign associations or clubs wish to establish a partnership, we would be delighted to share our passion.

Would you like to join us and share your passion for metal detecting?
Our association currently welcomes several categories of members:
Active and permanent members (annual membership fee of 80 euros)
In the current context, where the practice of our leisure activity needs clarification in France and while awaiting more favorable legislation, the number of permanent members is voluntarily limited.
Admission is by sponsorship only: each new member must be sponsored by an already active member.
Temporary members (variable membership fee between 80 euros and 180 euros)
Temporary members join for a short period, limited to 1 month, in order to participate in an event or outings abroad organised with one of our partner clubs or associations.
The amount of the membership fee varies depending on the type of event, the country, the length of stay and the equipment provided.
There is no limit to the number of temporary members and no sponsorship is required.

No one may use equipment for detecting metallic objects for the purpose of searching for monuments and objects of interest to prehistory, history, art, or archaeology without first obtaining administrative authorization.
